Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) is blaming conservative groups in Washington for turning him into a human pinata to raise money.
In an interview to air on Sunday’s “60 Minutes” on CBS, Boehner said he doesn’t disagree that much with conservatives on policy, but that the groups beat “the dickens out of me” in order to line their own pockets.
“The issue with the Tea Party isn’t one of strategy. It’s not one of different vision,” Boehner said, according to excerpts released by CBS.
“It’s a disagreement over tactics, from time to time. Frankly, a lot is being driven by national groups here in Washington who have raised money and just beating the dickens out of me,” Boehner said in the joint interview with Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.).
“It works. They raise money, put it in their pocket, and pay themselves big salaries,” Boehner added.

Isn’t that the truth. He is unbelievable. Obola always says when conservatives disagree, it’s because of race. now Boehner takes a card from the deck and says when conservatives disagree, it’s because they’re greedy. Neither one will admit to the possibility that conservatives really truly support conservative policies and oppose those who oppose conservative policies. Both know better and are lying. It’s as if no one could possibly really be a conservative on principle, though they are lying to pretend to believe that.
That is rich coming from a chamber of cronies stooge. If you are bought and paid for by the chamber of cronies, you should not be talking about "lining their pockets."
He's never long "out of touch" with Obama, his golfing buddy and stated friend. He's boiling at efforts to remove him from office for being complicit with Obama and company. He's as trustworthy as a rattlesnake at our ankles and equally dangerous to the well being of us, the republican party, the Constitution and Rule of Law. We've known all along we should never ever turn our backs on him because we know his knife is out for the Tea Party and conservatives. He's learned no lessons whatsoever. John Boehner is Obama's trojan horse to unopposed democrat agenda and policy.

This is absolutely true, unfortunately. And true of many groups/celebrities on our side.
You can’t really blame all of Ohio for this a$$clown. He was elected in his own district, solely.
For my part, his return to the speakership is further proof that DC is incurable. Time to throw all of them out and start over.
Article V convention is a good place to start. Failing that, close up the pocketbook and pull in the purse strings. Starve them of the only tangible thing they seek...wealth.

The proof of his malfeasance and duplicity is in the more than trillion dollar long term funding bill he rammed through in a LAME DUCK session of Congress when all he had to do was introduce a simple stopgap funding bill until the New Congress was seated.
As it was, the lame duck funding bill was everything Obama asked for and was laden ith pork for cronies. It was more than 1600 pages in length and was pushed on members who were given less than 2 days to review it.
There is simply NO EXCUSE for what Boehner did. He is not a leader, he is a puppet.

Nothing wrong with tending bar but that’s where Boehner should be, not be serving as Speaker of the House of Representatives.

Just when we thought Boner was seeing the light, he starts again - a mouthpiece for the Dems, Carl Rove, “JEB”, and Mittens. Screw you Boner, I vote the conservative candidate not the party, and there is no way I will support you and any candidate you like.
