Colts should take Pats to court to end their cheating once and for all. NFL isn't going to do squat.

One of the few balls the Colts were able to catch in that game was an interception of a deflated ball, so they should thank the Pats for that.

The NFL has to make a ruling. If they don’t this story will fester like a teenagers forehead.

Hi.

Everyone knows that the Patriots cheat. Plus, they are rarely fined or sanctioned.

But 38 points!? This game had nothing to do with balls.

Double entendre?

The league inspected each of the Patriots’ 12 game balls twice at halftime, using different pressure gauges, and found footballs that were not properly inflated.

...

Were they inflated back up to legal pressure at halftime?

The New Orleans Saints purposely tried to injure Bret Farve in the NFC playoffs a few years ago. And they succeeded.

The Saints were allowed to retain their win over the Vikings, but they received some fines that didn’t seem to hurt them too bad.

Use that as your yardstick on what the NFL is going to do. Which is worse, a 2 psi deflation or a hit squad

The New England Cheats and the whole NFL can get effed.

They don’t get any of my money unless there’s some theft of already stolen tax receipts to fund these a-holes to begin with.

Super Bowl: Super Hole.

I’ll re-watch “Gone With The Wind”, thanks.

The Colts would have gotten their @sses handed to them regardless of the ball pressure. But I’m chuckling at the Freepers that want the Colts to be “given” a Superbowl slot because They “deserve” it and “haven’t been to the Superbowl in a long time”.

Next up on the FR: “Freepers support public schools’ policy on giving every child who plays a trophy.”

Funny how this is front page news with all the other issues we have faced in the last 6 years. Just another way to “deflate” the public’s awareness of what is going on that matters. I find it hard to care about this.

If Obama were the GM of an NFL team, it would be the Cheatriots.

I’m no Patriot hater but they have a history of acts. That’s got to count for something as well.

Disclaimer - Pats fan since the 70’s.

Further disclaimer - quit watching with must interest the year the pats won their first superbowl. I just thought it had become like pro wrestling (like the nba 10+ years before that).

The Pats are, I think, the last organization that didn’t force a city to build them a stadium. One of the reasons I still like them, even though I don’t follow the game like I used to.

An easy way to prove the deflation would be to watch the ‘spike’ after a touchdown. I tried to find them, but the running back didn’t celebrate like that. Gronk scored one but I didn’t get to see the spike on that play...when he slams that ball down, it usually goes flying.

If only we could get the country as worked up over Benghazi and Fast and Furious as they are about deflation-gate.

Just listened to Belichick’s press conference. He categorically denied any knowledge of ball tampering. He said that until Monday, he had no knowledge of how balls are prepped for games.

I found him believable.

So this is all on Brady, which makes sense, considering the statements this week from other QBs around the league.

Additionally, in a 2011 interview, Brady said that he prefers deflated balls.
