More than 2 million illegal immigrants will be approved for President Obama’s deportation amnesty over the next few years, and they will be eligible to collect Social Security and Medicare benefits as well as claim a special tax break for low-income families, the Congressional Budget Office said in an analysis Thursday.
Mr. Obama predicted that up to 5 million illegal immigrants could be eligible for his amnesties, but the CBO numbers predict only 2.25 million will have signed up and been approved by 2017.
The estimate was released as the administration defended the law in a federal court in Texas on Thursday, asking a judge to reject a request by Texas and two dozen other states to halt the program even before it gets started.
Judge Andrew S. Hanen, sitting in Brownsville, said he won’t rule before the end of the month. Applications for the first part of the amnesty are scheduled to begin in the middle of February.
“There aren’t any bad guys in this,” Judge Hanen told attorneys for both sides, according to The Brownsville Herald. He gave no indication of which way he is leaning in the thorny case, which is likely to determine Mr. Obama’s legacy on immigration.

So what this Federal Government is admitting is that they KNOW! They KNEW! They KNEW all along! They, the SSA KNEW and KEEPS TRACK of every illegal using fake or stolen Social Security Numbers by name and number. They also have been keeping those number separate from the stolen number owner's record so that the real citizen won't get credited for higher SSA payments, thereby giving them more money when they retire.
This is outrageous - criminal, in fact.
They did this because what little FICA payments were made by these people (illegals) was put in the fund and disbursed - more money for SSA, whoopee. Just push that damned liability can down the road for our grandchildren to slave under the rest of their lives.
They should be hanged in every public square in every little town of this country.
This is just the CofC plan for a government subsidized unskilled workforce. Nothing to see here, move along.
So how long before the welfare state crumples and there is no longer a way to help those who really need help? How long before the education system will be only for those who can afford to pay for it because the system will have fallen to pieces?
A good way to determine which politicians are honest is to take note of the numbers they quote on Obama’s amnesty. In reality, the amnesty will apply to all illegals, and the number receiving taxpayer money will correspond. It is like the 11 million illegals count that has been quoted for ten years. It is more like 20 million plus. This country can survive anything except a demographic tsunami invited in by our elected leaders. The United States is being deconstructed before our eyes in rapid fashion. In five years its will not be recognizable—to succeed it has to be done quickly. Republicans now own responsibility for the outcome.

How quickly do you think massive numbers of them will apply for and be awarded ‘DISABILITY’ benefits” where the person does not need to be a certain age?
And, when they say these illegal aliens will become taxPAYERS, the leftists and Muslims in the Obama regime mean they will actually receive earned income tax credit and children’s tax credits from Obama’s IRS. And, dollars to donuts, a number of illegal aliens drawing “disability” benefits will simultaneously be working under the table...just as they are now.

Last night I got a call from the republican party asking for money. We got into a tense discussion over my “disappointment” with the party as it stands.
The solicitor “understood my disappointment, but we really need more money to groom more candidates for the next election.”
It just seems to me that apart from a few exceptions, every election follows the same script. Conservative candidate who says all the right things, then can’t act on them when elected because......(fill in the blank).
I think next time I’m asked, I will tell them that I will send them a check for $5000, then send a check for $2.00 with a note stating a position similar to the one taken by just about every politician once they are in office. I just can’t decide how to word it. Should it be a “U-turn”, or something about not being able to honor my promise because of previous obligations?
I really want to respond with every excuse they have given us over the years.
Any suggestions? Seriously, I want to do this every time I get a letter or phone call begging for money from them. I only give to my favorite candidates now.
And when every illiterate resource-sucking illegal is on the dole, who’s gonna pay for it? Our tax base of higher income working Americans is shrinking, replaced by such liabilities as these. If everyone is a gimmedat, where’s the money coming from to pay for the lifestyle they’ve become accustomed to?
Way past time for a tax revolt. Time to stop feeding the beast and tell these bastards that the party IS OVER!

This is going to hurt New York City, where 238,000 will be eligible, and the benefits here are notoriously generous. Of course Obola hates NYC, because Chicago has always been City #2 and will never be anything else.

Post # 5 probably has the proper solution & making it Very public might help to prevent any recurrences. The consequences of this mess need to be revisited on those who have caused it in such a way that would make other candidates think about their oath of office before just repeating the words.
