Environmentalists are angry at this choice because Joni doesn’t believe in global warming???? My kind of senator.
Sometimes you can tell who is worthy of support by the enemies they have.
If environmentalists get ruffled, well, good. Time somebody questioned their dogma and their stiff-necked attitudes toward open discussion.
One suspects that the objective of the majority of the most adamant “environmentalists” is not to protect the environment at all, but the desire to impose their views and will upon the unwilling. They do not want to win the fight, they just want to be “right”.
I might watch the response, but not the SOTU. obama should be me with silence only.

I’ll have to catch her on tape. I haven’t watched an SOTU since he insulted the SC. If he starts his usual crap, I’d hope some would have the balls to walk out. I will not watch or listen to the hair splitting and analysis of dissecting his every word for the following weeks afterward. I’m sick of it.
I don’t want to jinx her, but supposedly GOP leadership is considering her as a VP candidate to get conservatives on board.
Excellent choice. Joni is well spoken and hot looking.
Finally the GOP has someone with fire in the belly delivering a response to Obama’s blather.
Because of that, I'd feel better with that woman having proven leadership in the military. Joni Ernst has great potential to be that qualified person.

Not only all that, but we might be treated to seeing her ride to campaign events on her Harley rather than on a bus and with her sidearm holstered securely to her side. Love this woman.

She should run for President. What are the libs going to do? Say she doesn’t have experience?
It’s a bit early for her to run for President.
Also remember how a response to the SOTU actually hurt Governor Bobby Jindal’s image when he came across as a scratchy voiced kid to many viewers. Of course if they actually listened to the words, he made a lot of sense.

Maybe she had a little to much celebration before the acceptance speech. She should definitely work on or eliminate the laugh.
I believe it's known as "throwing conservatives a bone."
McConnell would not allow anyone who is too far from the GOPe party line to make this speech. We’ll see.
