... [Kerry] said his trip to France is not an apology for the Obama administration's failure to send a senior official to last weekend's unity march. Rather, he said it is to express the "affection" Americans have for France... So, after failing to show solidarity with other world leaders united against terrorism, our goofy SOS is going on an OBVIOUS CYA mission, NOT apologize and then tell a bold faced lie to that he ISN'T there to reverse a big diplomatic error.
Yeah. A suck-up session.
That'll make the French respect Americans.
Maybe Hillary! can lend him her book after she's done with it:
