Ebola, evil voices and the devil.
Those are just a few of the things a Butler County bartender cited as reasons he was going to kill House Speaker John Boehner this past fall, federal agents said.
Michael Robert Hoyt, 44, was indicted Jan. 7 on charges of threatening to murder the congressman in a plot police said included poisoning his drink at a country club.

Distraction or not, I want to know if we are putting people away in federal prisons for 30 years over mental illness and threatening words.
Yes, would be nice to know if this is overzealous prosecution that criminalizes ideas. Thirty years for thinking about doing something does seem incredibly excessive and heavy-handed.

This is a p[publicity stunt by Boehner to turn down the heat from his betrayal of conservatives. Some crazy guy put a threat in an email because he thought Boehner was the Devil and started Ebola?
Move on folks, nothin to see here but more BS from the crybaby.

(They are called "Liberals" because the word "parasite" was already taken.)
Maybe people should spent less time in the “cloak room” and bars, wallowing under bottle after bottle of scotch, sober up to start thinking straight and solve the problems of the country.

Frankly, the suicidal behavior of Boehner drinking a lot and Obama snorting coke are assaults themselves on the Presidency, but so it goes the FBI will not go after that. Aren’t we in good hands with liberalism...

It's like a thought crime! It wasn't that long ago "thought crimes" were the topic of very chilling Sci-Fi movies. Minority Report (2002) comes to mind.

Thought crime reminds me of the joke about a baseball player and the umpire:
Player asks, “What would you do if I called you an SOB?” The ump replies, “I’d throw you out of the game.”
The player then asks, “What if I just thought you were an SOB?”
The ump says, “I can’t do anything about what you think.” The player then says, “I think you’re an SOB!”

He faces the possibility of 30 years in federal prison.
Wow...you'd think he voted against Boehner for speaker or something.
To: Scrambler Bob
Nice that John gets to be a member of an exclusive country club on his meager congressman’s salary, while most of his constituents couldn’t dream of it. Wonder who pays his membership fees and annual dues?

Wow...you'd think he voted against Boehner for speaker or something. The REAL story is probably that he just threatened to write a tell-all book after he got fired.
