CNN announced this week that their policy is not to show images of Muhammad, the prophet of Islam, that may potentially be offensive. The editorial decision followed the outlets decision not to show the now-famous Charlie Hebdo cartoons.
However, as of Tuesday morning CNNs website still displayed pictures of crucified Jesus in a jar of human urine.

Those intolerant Christians won’t bomb the station, but those whacky peaceful Muslims, not so much.
When Christians are insulted, they write letters and go on talk shows. When radical Muslims are insulted, they kill innocent people.

Some liberals claim that piss Christ is not offensive that it is just satire or making a political statement about Christianity. So they are threading a needle here, saying that piss Christ is not patently offensive, but that images of Mohammed are patently offensive. Go figure.
