Isn't that cool....there is no sitting still while you watch and listen.
Salvation sent it to me. I immediately remembered seeing it last year,
but was sure happy to see it again, and be able to share it.

LOL! We’ve had too many but that’s what happens when living on a farm with a BIG barn. Everyone dumps their unwanted kitties thinking we need a mouser.
I well understand your daughter’s problem with coyotes. We lost two this year to the vile creatures. I try to get the outdoor cats inside at night but it’s not always easy when the weather’s warm. All are happy to be inside at night now that it’s cold. Fortunately the house is large enough to accommodate all of us but it can still be an “adventure”. They tend to all wake up at the same time and take off running back and forth through the house - - like now. I just sit here in my little corner and stay out of harm’s way. :-)

Yes, it was a VERY cool light show and you’re correct - - no sitting still while watching and listening.

Better Or Worse?
At the beginning of each new year, experts give their predictions about the economy, politics, weather, and a host of other topics. Will there be war or peace? Poverty or prosperity? Progress or stagnation? People everywhere are hoping that this year will be better than last, but no one knows what will happen.
There is, however, something we can be certain about. A guest speaker at my church suggested that when we ask if the world will get better or worse, the answer is Yes, to both!
Paul told Timothy, In the last days perilous times will come; . . . evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived. But you must continue in the things which you have learned and been assured of, knowing from whom you have learned them (2 Tim. 3:1,13-14).
The inspired Word of God instructs, corrects, and encourages us as we follow Gods path (vv.16-17). J. B. Phillips described the Scriptures as our comprehensive equipment that prepares us fully for all branches of Gods work.
As the spiritual darkness of our world grows deeper, the light of Christ shines more brightly through all those who know and love Him. Jesus is our joy and hopetoday, tomorrow, and forever!
Heavenly Father, the trouble in this world can
divert our eyes from You. Thank You for Your Word
that helps us stay focused. May we find our delight
in Your love and share it with others today.
The powers of evil around you are no match for the power of Jesus within you.
In 2 Timothy, Paul is mentoring Timothy who is serving with the church at Ephesus. Having spent 3 years there himself, Paul was familiar with the Ephesian church and this would have helped him identify with the challenges that Timothy was facing.

True, but that was 50 years ago! Our troops’ grandparents were listening to that stuff!

You were colder than us today....and it's been sprinkling here all evening. So glad I don't have to go anywhere in the morning.

When I go to visit my daughter...I sit out on the screened deaks often at night and hear the pack of coyotes call. It is very hard to keep some of her kitties in as they LOVE to go out.
She has lost 2 kitties this past year so she watches them like a hawk when in the yard.(unfenced as she lives on a golf course surrounded by hills and woods.) My SIL has a leash for the biggest wanderer.

Well, it's snowing here now...
...or freezing rain..and 21 degrees.
Thank goodness I'm off tomorrow!
They called me and said not to come to work today!
It was way too icy!
Hope you get your snow...
...and ours melts soon.
My kitties aren't crazy about it. LOL!
