Let 'er rip folks. I know there's a million of little catch phrases that should come in. Hopefully Jackson and Foxworthy got bigger walnuts than a certain asshat from the tonight show.
The best action they can take is to arm themselves to protect their loved ones and property.
“Free speech” — to the Left — has always meant shouting down opposing viewpoints.
So, I’m guessing Moms demanding whatever is a group funded by Bloomberg?
Bingo!
The Country Music scene is edging towards the progressive. Rednecks not so much so (at least yet).
Why don’t they protest where the problem is? Like the BET “music” awards or white rappers?
Well they give credit to shannon t watts for founding it but oddly enough the money does come from nannie bloomers. Weird huh? Just a stay at home mom kinda like billy boy ayers was just some guy to wave at occasionally in the neighborhood.
“Targeting”?
Oh my, that sounds like a threat of violence to me.
Right now we are leading, according to PEW poll. Go out and buy their records. That is the best way to support them and don’t patronize Target!
My guess is Shannon’s name and cooperation was bought at some price.
I don’t know how conservative Alan Jackson is but he sure has my respect for writing the song, “Where were you (When the world stopped turning)”
Roger that. Paisley is a big obie fan as are faith hill and tim mcgraw and several others. Agreed, rednecks, not so much. Yet.
The real world is always more complex than progressive theories.
An item that can be put to good or bad uses is incapable of originating righteousness or evil on its own.
Ah, I could preach it until I am blue in the face, which is why I am sympathetic with (pardon the pun) liberal firearms policies.
When it comes to things like pot the debate gets thicker. But I believe in the Biblical answer to such things, which is that the use makes the evil or the righteousness. And in turn, the use needs to be evaluated with respect to God in order to make sense.
Choker upper that one.
Haven’t heard much of the Blixie Chicks lately, so there’s still hope for Country.
I’d think at this point being targeted by a former NYC mayor’s anti-gun front group would enhance Foxworthy and Jackson’s rep to their fan base. It’s like those Pace Picante ads: “New York City! Get a rope ...”
If you demand that your husband
sits down to pee...
you just might be a Liberal.
Meanwhile, “Here in the Real World”, the 2A is still a God given right.
To my mind, any movement that seeks to subvert one of the most important (I say MOST important) tenets of our Constitution is in itself inherently evil on its face because there are a number of other protections against its misuse in that same document.
No matter how you disguise them, they are intended to oppressively control us without benefit of the protections of the governing document of this country.
