Politics is predictably unpredictable. So its no surprise that President Obama, after a hellacious 11 months, is finishing his sixth year on an unpredictably strong note.
The U.S. economy is sitting up and taking nourishment, recovering nicely. Vladimir Putin, whom Republicans like Rudy Giuliani were fawning over as a real leader in contrast to our pusillanimous president, is gasping for air as the Russian economy sinks under the weight of Obama-led sanctions and a U.S. energy surge.
Having stuck a thumb in the eye of the GOP with his immigration initiative, Obama used another digit on the Grand Old Partisans last week by paving the way for improved relations with Cuba. The Cuban old guard in Miami is irate but theyre all Republican revanchists, anyway. And U.S. business loves it...

when sucking slightly less than usual is considered a huge accomplishment, the magnitude of the failure is massive.
Hard to understand this guy. His mouth seems full... of something.
People make the economy appear better than it is, thanks to EBT. A lot of the younger guys work really low paying jobs. No kidding, but a number of he guys at a local grocery store here are stuck trying to consider options as now they have bachelors or even masters degrees and they are still working low pay jobs, plus the union takes a cut...
Can’t be that. Michelle keeps that in her purse.
Yessiree...these low energy prices are all the result of Obastard’s energy policies.
Fewer US-born Americans Have Jobs Now Than in 2007

I’m imagine all freeloading, America-hating commie pigs think that the Kenyan is doing an outstanding job. Look at all of the free time they have to riot, loot, burn down America and kill cops.
“Let the gas prices drop!” declared Obama. And prices dropped because the king’s word is law.

really now !
A whole six years to get the economy pointed in the right direction still stuck in granny gear is an accomplishment ?
granted our King did inherit a mess, but you would think the smartest guy ever to hold office could have done it in 18 months....
It is really a testimony to the country we have begun to turn the corner in spite of Obama policies ....

What US Businesses love that Obama is sucking up to Castro? Government Motors? Cigar World?
As far as I can see it is way too early to speculate if Obama’s overtures to Cuba will yield any fruit to American business. Cubans have no money and no industry nor infrastructure to make products that Americans can think it’s worth it. Cigar smoking is for a very very few. Smoking in general has less than a 3% participation rate among Americans.
So what is it?
Cuba represents another failed communist welfare state. Unless they want to sell oil leases, they’ve got nothing to offer. And there’s a glut of oil in the USA today anyways.
There are plenty of vacation spots in the Caribbean with palm trees, beach bars and fine hotels. So Cuba hasn’t got anything on them.
Cuba is lower than whale droppings. Even if they change their attitude towards capitalism it will take decades to make Cuba worth anything to trade with or be attracted by.
Cuba can only suck us dry with their hands out for money for their crumbling infrastructure, roadways, sewage treatment, toilets, plumbing, water treatment etc. The only way Cuba gets anything in the last 2 years of Emperor Obama’s reign is if there’s a back channel of cash opened via groups under the UN for humanitarian causes etc. etc. etc. Cuba is ready to receive money for nothing,. They’re not going to make a deal with. They’re going to take the money and tell those they take it from to get lost.
Obama gets a door open to communist immigrants and future democrat voters. He’s got a full scale invasion of socialist people coming our way.
The economy in Trenton must be totally different than most other places in America ( Texas excepted of course). What’s trenton been doing to escape the great obama recession ?? We’d sure like to know!!
