These are just a few examples of people who, upon learning of the murder of two New York City police officers, took to Twitter to express their approval and glee.

“This country and its people are bigger than that.”
I used to think that. I really did.
My guess it would get worse, in 1995-96 in New Orleans the police were escorting the drugs from the airport when they arrived into the city areas for distribution.
When the ‘inmates run the asylum’, as that would be...letting them hire their own police, the overflow of crime would be horrendous and the rest of the city would have more crime than it does now.
That would be like giving your paycheck to your teenagers and expecting them to pay the bills and be responsible, only good until they repossess your home....it is the rare teen who would make good investments not in line with their personal wants.
Good in theory, but bad in application, our government does things like that a lot, and we have an $18 trillion National Debt.
>>> And this is the type of language the left claims that the Tea Party uses, with no proof!
Psychiatrists call this “projection”.

that is a very foolish post. The prima facia evidence its that the black urban subculture is not above it. They are literally feral vermin, unfit to breathe American air.
That subculture must be brought to heal and civilized by force. There are no noble savages, just thugs, male female, adult, and child

Who knows - maybe itll work.
The plan works for almost every group. Protesters will be thrilled - no more cops for them to deal with... Non-blacks will be thrilled with extra police protection in the non-black parts of town. Cops will be thrilled having a much safer job. Black community leaders will be thrilled with the extra money. Black criminals will be thrilled with the freedom it affords them to commit crimes. Everyone wins. Well, everyone will be thrilled except the honest black families trying to raise their children in the new killing fields...
You are right, it is the innocent who are always caught in the crossfire!
It sounds like you know what you’re talking about - I’m impressed. Do you have ideas on how to make this situation better?
The Grievance Committee and their anarchist followers can all go to hell or please find themselves another country!
Only those I already posted.
Take a look at Giuliani’s time as Mayor in NYC, as he really made a change in the cities safety, and how black crime went down. Some people have tried to say he wasn’t the factor, however they are wrong. He worked with the police and the change was astounding in his few years as Mayor.
Obama better take action? Obama, Holder & Ilk are precisely the reason why the society they created is either killing or cheering the killing of police officers, white people are being hammered to death or set on fire, etc. , and black on black crime has increased.
And New York became a pleasant place to visit, much more than before Rudy.
Yes, that link I posted gives the details of Giuliani time in office of the Mayor, and I think he should be Governor of NY, if he physically could handle it.
Rudy, with a solid Republican Senate to hold his feet to the fire, would have made a good President IMHO, certainly better than Bush, McCain or Romney.
I would have voted for him, however he did have that prostrate cancer to deal with and had to pull out of running for Senate...so maybe all for best.
If he is well now, then maybe he could go back into politics, however if he can retire maybe best for him. Too bad there aren’t more like him.
The focus on his divorce was a problem. The fact is the divorce rate for police and military is very high, as well as ‘driven’ men/women, who are trying to make a difference in their cities, states, country...I guess stress.
(from your link)... I have one of James Q. Wilson's books around here someplace (the man who came up with the broken window philosophy...) I've often wondered if he read 'Summerhill' - kind of the opposite idea of broken window... Wilson was amazing - years ahead of his time... Anyhow, thanks for sharing Kackitat.
You are welcome.
