During his final 2014 press conference, President Barack Obama had some pretty stern words for Sony Pictures over their decision to pull The Interview in light of terror threats from North Korea-affiliated hackers. Amidst his remarks, though, came a notable flub that sent Twitter into a tizzy with joking responses.
See transcript for the gaffe [emphasis added]:
I think it says something interesting about North Korea that they decided to have the state come out with an all-out attack because of satirical movie starring Seth Rogen and James Flacco. I love Seth and I love James, but the notion that that was a threat to them gives you some sense of the kind of regime we are talking about here.

And he doesn’t speak Austrian.
.
The notion that obozo has even two functioning brain cells is ludicrous.
And how about that Seth Rogaine guy?
0bama should include the Co-star.
Why dya think they paired him with Plugs Biden?
So he still looks good by comparison.
I figured Cutler was the only one needing to worry lately.
There’s already a “James Flacco” twitter account. LOL

James Flacco
@JamesFlacco
Actor. Writer. Director. Quarterback.
I resent any insinuations, sincerely Scissors Flaco.
I still think ø himself is behind it, and haven’t seen any evidence to the contrary. And the more he would deny it, the truer, I suspect, it would become.
Oh, the FBI says it was the Norks? They’re under the Justice Department and Holder. Credibility: shot.
So much for faith in government.
James Franco( minimal talent, spends time chasing underage girls.. well at least it is girls) should be honored to be confused with Joe Flacco( superstar talent)
Four years ago, Franco would not have been wasting his time in a nothing movie like this. How the mighty have fallen.
So, it looks as though Franco has been on the B or C celebrity List for quite some time already. He was a big deal after that movie about the mountain climber. Some actors only have one big hit in their careers, if any.
I liked Travolta’s misspoken way of saying her name, more than her real name, which is difficult to remember and to articulate if one is not paying close attention.
He may have an average I.Q.
I think Franco is doing okay. He has actually been playing a range of characters, though his biggest commercial successes are the “bromance” movies like “Pineapple Express” and “This is the End”. It remains to be seen how “The Interview” will impact his career, thought its often said that there is no such thing as bad publicity in Hollywood. The movie could yet turn out to be huge.
James Flacco?
Isn’t he the Goalie for the Boston Yankees?
“What are you going to do about it, Mr President?” [sic]
“Nothing. Other than criticize Sony. Then take the fam’ to Hawaii on your money.”
To be fair, we know from the Sony head’s emails that Bronco only watches black actors.
When he was a child in Indonesia the off-price grocery stores only carried Flacco-American Spaghletti Q’s.
Not bad in “Before the Devil Knows You’re Dead.”
