Kudos to Mr. Usmanov for standing up to the political correctness thought police by continuing to honor a distinguished scientist. Watson was rendered an unperson by the Orwellian establishment for the thoughtcrime of attacking the gods of the "equality" cult.

That is a nice story. I always suspect alterior motives so shame on me.

I read that Watson wasn’t, necessarily, forced to sell his medal. He did it, mainly, because there was an expensive work of art he wanted and needed money to acquire it.

Egalitarianism is not just based on an absurd fantasy--no one reading this ever sat next to his or her equal in any school room, unless his or her twin or triplet. It is clearly The Greatest Mischief Ever Wrought--an insult & corrupting influence to and on every self-respecting person.

The "head in the sands" insanity, which prevents students studying the profound actual variations in the human species, prevents any rational approach to basic human problems.

Mr. Watson deserves an apology from all those in the public eye, who rushed to condemn him for daring to address the bases for some of the very "problems" frequently addressed as "grievances," which lead to completely unnecessary & unproductive ill will among peoples.
