ObamaCare's individual mandate penalties were supposed to encourage people to buy insurance. But it turns out that the penalties amount to a regressive tax that hits lower-income families the hardest.

That's the conclusion of the Minnesota-based Citizen's Council for Health Freedom (CCHF), which found that low-income couples who don't buy an ObamaCare plan will end up paying a far greater share of their income in penalties than those making twice as much.

Who, here, didn’t see the unintended consequences of Obamacare? I hate being called ‘stupid’ by Gruber, when we were well informed as to the results of such a government take over of health care.
Next, the private institutions will start to fall like dominoes, only to be taken over by the ‘heroic’ government officials sent in to save us!
No one is worried by the Death Panels of the Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB). They are all powerful and unchallengeable by anyone.

My wife's aunt just told her she had to drop her insurance for the first time as an adult because of the drastic increase in costs.
My wife had a 300% increase in cost and my son pays well over 200% at 6 years old of what he paid before obamacare.
I had to drop, will pay cash and pay the fine because of the high costs which are impossible to afford. Not to mention the deductibles which in the end make you pay like you have no insurance anyway.
