Then again, with McCain and other Dem appeasers, the Dems still have a lot of power. Plus Obama’s veto.

54-46 GOP. 9+ pickups. This is the exclamation point to a great year.
With the two LA House races decided, the House is 246-187 GOP with the AZ House race still not called.
If that goes GOP, it will be a new high water mark there since 1946.

I came down to Houston today to visit my dearest family who have voted dem forever and they all blurted out at the same time while we.re watching pearl harbor that they voted republican in Nov. They brought it up. I am shocked. In a good way.

Obamacare passed thanks to votes of 60 Senate Dems in December of 2009- just 30 of them will return in January 2015

Ooo..home parish. Still live there?
What parish lights bonfires near Baton Rouge (IIRC) to guide Santa? Even though my family and I are Pittsburgh natives we enjoy carnival, the (older I guess) music, the parades and FOOD leading up to Mardi Gras.
Especially the FOOD!

She got torched in Ascension, Livingston and St. Tammany parishes. Those three almost offset her win in Orleans.

The Democrats lost half their seats in just three election cycles.
You don’t have to be a genius to know Obamacare did them in.

Elsewhere, Don Cravins Sr. loses reelection bid for Opelousas mayor. His joke about voting twice had become issue in Senate race.
