About the only places voting for her are black strongholds. Louisiana has the second highest percentage of blacks in the country but when a Democrat can’t crack 30% of the white vote, its hard to pull off a statewide win.

Finally found a parish with full precincts in: Caldwell parish has Cassidy winning it 75%-25%, with Landrieu down 3 points from her primary showing.
