TALLAHASSEE (CBSMiami/NSF) — Florida’s Capitol will have a new holiday decoration this year. The Satanic Temple will be among its nativity scenes and secular presentations.
It’s for Festivus, a non-commercial festival “for the rest of us,” is close to coming back as a 6-foot stack of empty beer cans.
The Florida Department of Management Services this week approved the proposed holiday display from the Satanic Temple, which a year ago was rejected because the agency said its proposal was “grossly offensive.” The temple’s entry was one of five displays that got approval to be put up in the first-floor rotunda of the Capitol for the end-of-year holiday period.

Ever read C.S. Lewis’s the Last Battle, about the people who don’t believe in the god Tash but make a show out of worshiping him anyway? And then, to their horror, he shows up?
When you go calling a being you don’t believe in, how will it be for you when he comes?
From what I gathered, it seemed more like a club for swingers (part of the reason Sammy Davis, Jr. was briefly a “member”).
That’s “Festival” and the Red Hour. Fortunately, the will of Landrieu will be overthrown on Saturday.

Well I can see them doing the first song, but the second one would not happen because they’d be sacrificing their own.
