What do y'all think about the riots in Ferguson? Rocks, bottles, bricks, Molotov cocktails thrown. Stores looted and burned. Private property destroyed. Cars burned. Churches burned. Smoke, tear gas. Gunfire, including from automatic (assault) rifles. Looked and sounded like a war zone.
Dang. Almost as bad as those tea party rallies the DHS has been warning us about.
Jim, you have it all wrong. These are just misunderstood “yutes” who are acting out after decades of oppression by the Man.
The real terrorists are the old white guys clinging to their guns and bibles.
These misunderstood “yutes” just need some midnight basketball facilities or more money spent on their education. Then all will be well. There is no violence in Ferguson, just the acting out of angelic “yutes” who have been impoverished and oppressed by their evil white tyrants.
Get with the program!
The law should be respected. I’ve read something like 86% of the businesses that were destroyed there were black owned. I saw a report one woman was crying because she had saved all her money to get a business, now it was ruined.
The left wing media is driving this, and I’m amazed they do not feel any guilt when especially people can be killed. What if a child is killed? What sort of example is this?
The members of the Grand Jury were probably black. My guess. They made the decision.
The guy who was killed, wasn’t he robbing a store? But yet the police are guilty? This is complete lawlessness.
Why wasn’t the National Guard there, early, before the decision, as everyone saw it coming.
Why isn’t the President down there calming down the crowds and breaking it up?
Poorly handled by this administration.
They seem to lack the verve of the MLK riots....
I pray for justice in Ferguson...justice for the many industrious business owners trying to make a good life for themselves. That life has been taken away from them. Round up the feral humans and let justice take it’s course. It’s sickening what has become of our country.
All planned and orchestrated ‘to be a riot’ months before the announcement of the Grand Jury. It doesn’t matter what took place between Brown and Wilson...this has never been about the incident and it isn’t now.
One thing is clear, it may well have been the largest gathering of aspiring Rappers, turning their lives around, on record!

I think I love my town.
Years back the family of a complete dirtbag tried this, tried whipping up sympathy for the fact that the guy wasn’t quite quick enough on the draw when threatening one of the cities finest. We listened, out of respect for a grieving family, and then they started naming figures in the millions they thought the taxpayers should cough up to reimburse the family for this loss. At that point the whole city enmasse tuned out.

I must have missed these protest your talking about. I have been really focused on the 24/7 coverage of an American president’s illegal, unconstitutional action of granting amnesty to those in this country illegally.
Is that a local channel you are seeing coverage of some disgruntled protester on?

I don’t understand the thinking of anyone from BO on down the line. They have been preparing for a month for the Grand Jury. It was mentioned everyday. Then they have a televised announcement at night. That city should have been on emergency lockdown/curfew. Looters should have been shot on site. Instead they are now protesting in many other cities and blocking traffic. These cities should all lockdown or arrest everyone they can. Put them in outside lockup facilities up North. That will teach them. They are common criminals.

Such a mass of deluded people. What do they expect to happen when attacking a cop? But no, it’s “racist”. They need to be told that they are idiots.
Anyone looting, throwing molotovs... shoot on sight.
The organizers and agitators need to be prosecuted to the max. Sharpton et al should not be given a platform on TV to spout their garbage. And Dorian Johnson who started the “hands up” lie, he should be prosecuted to the maximum.
It’s what you get when police “show restraint” and the mob is let loose.
