Pinal County, Arizona Sheriff Paul Babeu appeared on O'Reilly the other evening. I don't watch O'Reilly very often as I feel he goes a bit overboard with the "Fair and Balanced" thing. But I'm glad I watched that show.
Sheriff Babeu made a comment that might have been lost on the casual observer but brought what's left of my alleged brain to its feet.
According to the Sheriff, Obama's immigration executive power grab will cover illegals who have been here for 5 years or more.
Sheriff Babeu, Joe Arpio in Maricopa County and many other law enforcement officials out there have a long and frustrating history with fedzilla that goes like this: Deputies stop and detain suspected illegals. Suspected illegals produce documents indicating they have lived here for 5+ years. Deputies contact Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to report said illegals. ICE asks if illegals presented documents indicating 5 years of residency here. Deputy responds that they did. ICE tells deputies to treat illegals as they would AMERICAN CITIZENS! If no instant crime suspected or observed, the deputies are required to RELEASE the ILLEGALS. Do these overburdened law enforcement organizations have the resources or manpower to VERIFY the authenticity of these documents? I think you know the answer to that one!
When O'Reilly asked Babeu if his officers were presented "forged" documents in these encounters, the Sheriff laughed and responded "All the time". The typically cunning and sinister nature of Obama's unconstitutional, Cloward-Piven inspired action becomes obvious.
Obama's immigration amnesty OSTENSIBLY covers only 4 to 5 million of the 11 to 20 million illegals now in the U.S.! That leaves approximately 6 to 16 million requiring DOCUMENTS necessary to "prove" their 5+ year residency. If you know your way around PhotoShop or similar software (and don't give a damn that your actions would lead to the final destruction of the country!) at between $50 to $100 each, YOU could get rich producing phony lease/rental agreements, utility bills or other documents! Do the math: At an average of, say, $75 each, 16 million forged documents means there's around $1.2 BILLION to be made!
BOTTOM LINE: Obama and his like-minded minions in government have effectively "legalized" all 20 million ++ illegals. Because he is doing NADA to secure the border, the ++ is to cover the millions more who will be coming in to line up at the fraudulent document production operations their friends already here will direct them to!

Even so, unless the Repubs do something very fast, the illegals who have been granted this amnesty will not have it taken away from them. What judge is going to exact punishment for someone who has been living under one set of rules and then had that rug pulled from beneath them by another set of rules?

The establishment elites - political, media and otherwise look at average Americans as bees kept in a jar that get all upset and buzz about when the jar gets bumped, or when elites impose their will on us such as amnesty. They know it will screw us; but they think we the bees will get over it and eventually calm down.
This is how they play us as chumps and my bet is the Repub leadership right now are strategizing on how best to let things die down and do nothing, while they come up with a plan to give La Raza an even better plan that out amnesties Obama. Rank and file politicians understand. The leadership is beholden to un-American interests.

It’s not just Latinos, it’s all illegals. Obama is signaling, to the less astute among us, that he is not an American. A true American, any American, would acknowledge that the recent election indicated that Americans don’t want amnesty. An American POTUS—even Joe Biden—would say, ‘message received’, and try another tactic. Think Bill Clinton. Even he, as an American, was able to acknowledge and respond to the American voter. That’s what politicians do.
Obama, otoh, simply ignores those with whom he has no connection—American citizens. He sides with his own people, illegals. He’s taunting his own defenders, the Obots, by giving them a chance to perceive the truth. He’s safe, because he knows they won’t. Even if he told them, in so many words, he is an illegal, they would not believe him. They are marinated in Obot Kool Aid, and can only believe the original lies.
So Obama toys with them just for fun. It amuses him. Obots imagine he appreciates the countless hours they spend defending him, but in fact he despises their gullibility. That’s just how Malignant Narcissists are. One day Obots will learn this the hard way. That day hasn’t come just yet.
Benedict Arnold Boehner doesn’t even oppose the assault on Congress. He shoves it off on the Judiciary and then goes on vacation.

It’s across the board amnesty for everyone here now and everyone pouring across from now until someone stops it and that can’t happen until at least January of 2017.
BTW,,,watched Glenn Beck’s Radio Show on Dish this morning. They were replaying Friday’s show which included the weekly playing of Moron Trivia. People don’t know the simplest answers to questions. What was Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart famous for, who’s speech began...four score and seven years ago, How many hydrogen atoms are in water...What number does the capital letter M stand for...(one woman said it stands for 49), why was Chernobyl evacuated?
Glenn did a double face palm and said this widespread ignorance (thank you publik skools) is making it impossible for us to survive as America as we knew it. This stupidity is why we cannot even have a conversation about The Constitution with the average democrat moron. These are the dolts who are cancelling out our informed votes.
Moron Trivia is both entertaining and frightening at the same time. When the person answers wrong or not at all, Glenn will sometimes tell a joke answer to the contestant and they inevitably will agree with the false answer.

That was my first thought, too. If they’re here illegally, what’s to stop them getting fake documents to prove they’ve been here five years?

You know what I heard on local conservative talk radio yesterday? I heard Obola issued a “Memo”. It wasn’t even an Executive Order. It was a freaking memo!!! This was how they figured they could do this, by finding that a memo wasn’t as bad (for the preezy) as an EO. I nearly fell over dead in the kitchen when I heard this. Then the local (out of Madison,WI aka Madistan) on the hour radio news came on and described what Obola the dictator did as his “immigration plan”!!! Like what he did is legitimate. I then turned off the radio before I had a stroke.
I wonder if anyone else has heard this and can confirm that what the dictator did was issue a “memo”.
The show I heard it on was The Vicki McKenna Show on WIBA 1310am out of Madison,WI. She is a major conservative force around WI, knows all the bigtime nationally known conservatives. I have no reason to doubt what she said.
I listened to the show, too. Very depressing. For the past three decades, I've been saying that school choice is the second most important public policy issue behind abortion. It still is.
Our economic woes are a symptom of a deeper cultural problem.
What Boehner does when the next Congress is sworn in and in session will tell the tale, not what he does at the moment. I don't care for Boehner but getting the current democrat Senate on record as avoiding the issue won't accomplish anything at this point.
Maybe somebody would like to correct me?
