The president of a South Dakota-based Native American tribe says it will be an act of war if Congress authorizes construction of the Keystone XL oil pipeline.
We are outraged by the lack of intergovernmental cooperation, Rosebud Sioux Tribe President Cyril Scott said in a statement.
We are a sovereign nation and we are not being treated as such, Scott said in response to Fridays House vote to approve the project. We will close our reservation borders to Keystone XL. Authorizing Keystone XL is an act of war against our people....

That is funny in a guilty sort of way.

Remember to bring the gatling guns this time.

The Sioux will sue.
“Theyre good with bottle openers...”
I SO wanted to say that, but didn’t want to sound racist! ;)

Our government aught to be going to some trouble to restore the world's faith in our word. Starting at home would be a great idea.
Puerto Rico is not a sovereign nation. It is a territory of the United States.
Whatdahay?
I bet we have agreements with them related to that arrangement.
The Sioux want a piece of the action.
Be careful Sioux nation, the mob family called the 0bama regime will hit you.
