Just wondering though, if Reid and Obama had let some of the good legislation pass would have saved some Democrat seats. Perhaps passing Keystone might have helped in the Midwest.

In all truth, I was also thinking along the same lines. The voters view Obama with revulsion now, and want him gone.

Just realizing that the RATS biggest issue this election was the “War on Women”. So they picked a serial violent rapist (Bill Clinton) to represent the Rat party. I guess he passed out ice at the rallies. Staggers the imagination.
Too bad the Repubikans just huddled in fear......they could have had a lot of fun.
No, I see realism in all his comments. There will be continued growth in federal power and spending. America will continue to be destroyed by both parties, one faster, one slower.

This is a bit like the parents whose kids got hold of the credit card, ran up exorbitant charges, and held a huge party which destroyed and damaged much of the family home.
The parents have now got the credit card back and they are back in charge. Their job is to clean up the huge mess the kids made. This is not a fun job. Not like the fun the kids had charging everything in sight and partying hard.
Will people recognize the tough job the parents have to do? Will they appreciate it? Will they see the parents as party-poopers and killjoys? Or will they realize that adults are needed to clean up the mess they left and to restore accountability and prosperity?
