What the FBI needs to do to if it wants to hack into computers is the following. The FBI needs to work with Congress to propose a computer hacking amendment to the Constitution to the states. And if the states choose to ratify the FBIs amendment then Congress will have the power to authorize the FBI to hack into computers and the FBI will be a hero.

The FBI has become a joke. It's a sick joke though, because it holds power and is displaying a willingness to abuse it.

How about we pass an edict that says citizen review boards can search the homes of FBI agents any time they want, with no warrant.
