NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) - Out of an abundance of caution, New York City health officials say they are monitoring 117 New Yorkers for signs of Ebola.

New York City Health Department is now admitting they are actively monitoring 117 people for Ebola in the five boroughs of New York City.

If we see an outbreak, it will be a sudden deluge which will almost instantly overwhelm the healthcare system.

I wonder how long it will take them to start issuing court ordered ankle bracelet monitors? It makes sense. If they violate the court order, it is contempt of court, which does not require a jury.
