It is one thing for the state to will-nilly detain people for no good reason...The reason to detain this person is about as valid a reason a state authority is ever bound to have...Kick her butt into her house, lock the doors and board up the windows for the next 21 days...then once it is shown that she is clear of Obola, arrest her ass and toss her in the housgau for reckless endangerment...show no mercy on this case...

Maybe she has ebola and doesn't know it.
We have all seen the video of the ebola-stricken half out of his mind man who had to be chased down and taken back to the hospital.
This nurse is being unbelievably irresponsible.
What she could be doing instead is spending her time in quarantine figuring out how to get more resources over to Africa.
Who would not want to help her?

Right now the CDC doesn’t know what it doesn’t know about this strain of Ebola. IMHO it hasn’t been studied enough in a sufficiently controlled environment to know with absolute certainty the characteristics of it.
