While I can understand buying oil to $80 a barrel, I have to ask, who is actually selling it for that price? If I owned a well, I’d shut it off.

Remember when Jimmie Carter said we needed to break free of Middle East oil interests? Why isn’t he cheer leading this huge accomplishment?
Reasons to love low oil prices:
Stick it to the Saudis who no longer control the oil market.
Pisses off the lib enviromental whackos.
Pay less for gasoline at the pump.
well.. mixed feelings.. it will be nice to fill up at the gas station for less..
But the revenue I get from my families oil and gas leases in Texas will also probably go down :(
The last time gasoline prices dropped like this was just before the 2008 election.
Amazing coincidence that gas goes down during a national election. Kinda like unemployment. It is just magical that way, I suppose.

Just imagine how low oil would go, if we had a president who cared about oil production and getting us off foreign energy, this is sad.
It won’t be long before obama begins to take credit, while at the same time planning to stifle the trend, probably using taxation.
This trend is happening in-spite of obama’s efforts to keep prices as high as possible, it is important to his mission of destruction of the American economy, which has been continuously successful, here’s hoping his damning of America begins to fail at every turn.
