Its time for a break up.
If you havent already seen, Sarah Palin has endorsed Bill Walker and Byron Mallotts Independent-Democrat Unity ticket in the Alaska gubernatorial race over Republican incumbent Sean Parnell. She endorses the Independent-Democrat ticket over the man who was her own lieutenant governor.
Because of this, as far as Republican politics are concerned, Im finished with Sarah Palin. I have nothing but respect for her has a wife, mother, and grandmother. I pray that, should I ever be faced with the prospect of having to raise a child with Down Syndrome or any other disability, I would have the wisdom to make the kind of decision she made with Trig and that I could bear that cross so gracefully. I must also add, in light of recent events, that I find the medias treatment of the family brawl despicable, and unlike Carroll Costello, I find assault no laughing matter.
Excerpt, read the rest at Red State
I don’t remember Red State being a big fan of Sara’s to start with.
Works for me ;)
None of that proves he is pro-amnesty. Being a sanctuary city is a function of city government which Perry has no control of. Again, you can provide no pro amnesty quotes from Perry. All you are claiming is that in your opinion the things you mentioned must add up to a pro amnesty position. Again, you cannot provide proof of what you say only that you interpret those things a pro amnesty position. In the end it is not very convincing, or more accurately none of this is in the least convincing.
Lol...stop torturing yourself with the pretzel logic and read all about it on the SarahPAC Facebook page.
and yet you yourself push the pro-abortion pro-same sex marriage Willard...
That was my thought as well. If the fellow was her lt.gov, she probably knows enough about him to make an informed decision.
I’ve already done research on the man. You are making the accusations about Perry, thus the production of proof for the accuracy of your statements is a burden upon you, at least if you wish to persuade anyone to your position, which is the art of politics and political debate. I know what I know about Perry and fully admit that there are probably things I do not know, that is why I am asking you, you seem to know but will not provide proof. Therefore my position is this, I have read and studied the man fairly extensively and have never come across a quote or a policy position from him that would lead me to believe he is pro amnesty. That is why I am asking you for your proof, because I don’t have any. Why is it so difficult to produce even one scintilla of actual proof? After all you seem quite certain in the correctness of your position.
Regarding your tagline: Never was a Bo Schembechler fan...and...Never called the Republican Party “The Team”.
There have been efforts on threads off and on to create a myth that Sarah Palin had supported Romney.
Interestingly, the reverse is true about the strong Romney supporter, Rand Paul.
My position has been discussed to death here and elsewhere. If you choose to believe otherwise, it’s not my problem. I see no need to rediscuss what we have discussed for years here.
Nor do I care if Rick says anything. His actions show his position. He’s pro Amnesty. Call me ‘heartless’.
A myth you yourseld admitted was true.
To: Norm Lenhart
I did read what you wrote, it is why I have been quoting it, and posted that you were misleading people, and that the Palin endorsement that you claimed that she was winning praise for, actually only happened 24 hours before the election day.
Do you think people can’t read Ansel?
If you mean "push Willard" in the present-tense as your comment implies, then you are making a bald-faced lie, for which you ought to be sent to bed without dessert.
Why do you have to lie about Romney. He has stated his pro-life position time and again, the only time he thinks it might be allowable due to rape, incest and the mothers life being at risk. He has also said publicly more than once that were he President he would gladly sign a bill that outlawed ALL abortions even in those circumstances he mentioned. He is not pro gay marriage, or pro changing the definition of marriage as between one man and one woman. Although he is willing to sign a bill authorizing civil unions so gays can have the same rights as married couples. He is eminently pro Constitution and his stances on both these issues prove it.
Norm, you clearly understand the difference between her mocking “endorsement” 24 hours before voting began, after refusing to endorse him or support him throughout the election cycle, because that is what you tried to mislead people on.
No one has denied the fact that she endorsed him 24 hours before election day, that is the very fact that I keep trying to get into your head, 24 hours, get it?
The “myth” is that she “supported” Romney in 2012, that would mean that she was useful to him instead of a hindrance, she never supported him during the campaign, and that was the message she was sending, she only mocked him more by endorsing Mitt 24 hours before election day, yet you claim “they” were praising her for her Romney support.
Why don’t you just clarify what image you were trying to convey in post 17?
