looks like the whole team was racists.
The coach had a chance to teach the team a lesson, don’t eat racist food, instead he was weak and went for it. Shame, shame.
I am changing my resume to state that I don’t eat watermelon or fried chicken. I hope they don’t do a background check.

my son's football team eats watermelon after their football games... it is a thirst quencher... the team is multicultural... all three races, many ethnicities...

According to Charleston school-board member Mike Miller, a parent approached him and said he was offended by the students eating watermelon. The parent also alleged some of the kids were making what sounded like monkey noises.So one parent from outside the school district gets to fire a coach because the choose to take offense?

Have the ream attend the next board meeting with the parents and let the team tell them all to go to hell. Then have the team tell the board that any altering of grades will result in a class action lawsuit.
