• Adesanya had been arrested at the White House before, according to his father 
• Incident comes on the same day that a Canadian soldier was shot and killed and Canadian Parliament and parts of downtown Ottawa placed on lockdown

Just another nutcase from the capital region. Having lived there for three years, I can attest to the fact that you bump into a dozen nutcases a day as you ride Metro, walk the streets of DC, or sip through a brew at some pub.
