Just another nutcase from the capital region. Having lived there for three years, I can attest to the fact that you bump into a dozen nutcases a day as you ride Metro, walk the streets of DC, or sip through a brew at some pub.
One afternoon after finishing up work at the Pentagon, I got on my bus, and sat there for fifteen minutes listening to some nut gal talk loudly to her invisible friend, over the CIA bugging her apartment and black helicopters continually flying near her. I felt sorry for her, but other than putting her away in some state-managed facility, that’s about all you can do for these people.
