WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama is shifting into campaign mode for the first time this year.
Obama plans to attend a Sunday afternoon rally for Anthony Brown in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Brown is Maryland's lieutenant governor and the Democratic candidate for governor.
