BOSTON Medical crews in hazmat suits have responded to an arriving plane at the international terminal at Logan Airport.
A source told NewsCenter 5 that six passengers on board the flight had become sick.
The plane, an Emirates airliner that had arrived from Dubai, was surrounded by ambulances and emergency responders in white and yellow suits.
Massport, which runs the airport, did not respond to several phone messages on the nature of the incident.
However, international airports around the country are on alert for Ebola, though there was no indication that was related to the emergency response.

There are lots of things it could be. Ebola would be one of the least probable.
Conversion Disorder AKA Mass Hysteria.
Food poisoning.
Toxic/allergic reaction to something used on the plane.
At some point, ebola will be used as a weapon, 9/11 style. They will probe and test, then pull the trigger. Because we won’t close the border.
Please add me thanks.
I agree with you. All these things being done with the “abundance of caution” are going to be very costly. I have to say though, I feel better knowing they are being done.

Isn't Ebola an equal opportunity offender.
Wait until DC or Hollywood get hit...
Back from the Haj? That’s a scary thought. Yuk.
Maybe they ate the pork.

Read most Clancy books. If I read them, "they" have read them.
I thought that they had banned Muslims from those countries this year.
It’s still werfing flammen, I suppose.
That would be a good way to spread a disease, unleash on the crowd in Mecca and let them take it home. I’m sure the terrorists have thought of it.
And now we've lost our collective stomachs.
Probably food poisoning. Too many sick at once.
But they’re reporting flu-like symptoms.
Maybe someone passed gas after eating rotten lamb.
People are PO’ed at the 0 bumbler not banning flights from the obloa infected nations. Even here in Travesty county, there is feeling of distress in liberal Austin.
I listen to the Morning Show on KLBJ with Mark, Ed and SGT Sam [Sam used to be a FReeper], and I can tell what topics they will be talking about by the number of replies on a thread.
Callers are beating up abortion Barbie and the dims. They are also against amnesty by a large margin. Every time obola care comes up, the lines light up at the station.
“The Ebola panic is going to be more harmful than Ebola.
We’ve got, what, two confirmed cases in the United States and it is already round-the-clock front page news across the country. Wait until we get a dozen confirmed cases, then a hundred. It’s going to be pandemonium. Our health care infrastructure is going to fall apart.”
We have exactly 23 beds in this entire country that can handle Level 4 diseases like Ebola. After that, about the best we can hope for is on a par with Dallas Presby, meaning that other healthcare professionals will get infected EVEN WITH RECOMMENDED PRECAUTIONS. How many will continue to work in those conditions? How will that affect other things that need to be addressed like heart attacks, strokes, accidents, etc., etc.?
We have no clue exactly how the disease spreads, it mutates in literally every body in which it finds a host, there’s a variant (Ebola Reston) that WAS airborne - so there’s a not insubstantial chance that this one could be, and yet we’re still allowing people to come in from West Africa!
You want a better perspective than the “nothing to worry about” attitudes/platitudes of the Centers for Disease Transmission, go to this website and search “Ebola” - and then READ. Come back later when you’ve been educated a bit more. http://raconteurreport.blogspot.com/

Keep them on the same place they came from. Captain and all employees who were on that need to wear full HAZMAT GEARWARE.
I'll go so far as to HAZMAT the passengers; it would only take one Ebola person to possibly infect everyone and I wouldn't want that to infect passengers who do not have Ebola.
Just turn the plane around and go to place of origin.
Fair-maybe not. Safer-possibly-why take the change of speading it...
