Just wing ‘em kid.
Besides, no contract with a minor is valid, anyway. /S

This contract will instill issues of murder, death
and suicide into the 5 year old FOREVER.
Then, the Education dept will force her to consider
being a transsexual, and then she will be
raped by a leering (criminal) pedophile teacher.
What on Earth have we become?

The school requested the kindergartner meet with a psychiatrist. The school administrators are the ones who need a shrink.

Good thing she didn’t try to kiss a boy. She’d be marked as a pedophile for the rest of her life - but in that school if she kissed another girl, well that would have .....

I would sign a no kill contract.
Then I would kill the person who made me sign a no kill contract.

If the feral government can turn everyone into a potential criminal, they can take away the right so everyone and turn them into wards of the state.
Pretty clever, eh?

A life lesson in contract law at 5 years old. A minor signing a contract under duress with no performance required of the school.

If it weren't for the news video, I would have rather believed this was satire, if not completely fake.
Unfortunately, it's all too real. Still unbelievable that officials could be SO INCREDIBLY WRONG.
They've warped that little girl for life. They should expunge her record -- AND ALL OTHER RECORDS OF IT -- completely and NEVER, EVER mention it again for any reason. Let the kid forget all about it. Otherwise, if she goes off the deep end in 10 or 15 years, I would trace it to this gross over-reaction and lay the blame on these officials.
They're the ones who should see the psychiatrist. And get fired, never to work again in education.

I really regret that great school administrators were not around when I was growing up. We would not have had to suffer with nearly 50% of our class getting wiped out by the school bully.
That bastard had a 64 color box...devastating.

Child abuse and brain-washing.
Get your kids out of public schools. Grandparents, you may have to help.

“The news report points out that Alabama law prohibits minors from legally signing any documents.”
Isn’t there also something about being forced to sign a contract not being a contract in that it is under duress, not that any one graduating from these schools could spell, let alone define the term.

"Mommy, daddy, what is suicide?" Well, at least she knows what suicide is now.
She's really moved along the learning curve now. Usually it's not until the gloomy teenage years that they start thinking about things like that.
My, how education has advanced!
