Melissa Harris-Perry proudly portrays her MSNBC show as "Nerdland." But has it devolved from a cozy academic coffee klatsch for lefties into something else? To discuss the issue of relations between police and black Americans, with the backdrop of Ferguson and a shooting this week in St. Louis, Harris-Perry had as a member of her panel Mychal Denzel Smith. On the one hand, Denzel Smith would appear, as a writer for The Nation, to fit the Nerdland bill. But a review of his Twitter feed reveals that two days ago Denzel Smith tweeted: 'F---.The.Police." And late last month he tweeted "I'm for prison abolition."

I think Perry and her guest clowns are right. Ferguson would be better off with no law enforcement at all. They should go for it. LOL!
I’m all for prison abolition as long as we can have the 22,000 gun regs reduced to 10% of that size and allow completely unrestricted ownership of sound suppressors and full-auto firearms. And while we are at it, make Constitutional Carry the law of the land nationally and put out generous bounties for those who defraud and use force upon others and the nation, thus making the criminal justice more about protecting the victims than the criminals.
That’ll have the criminals on the street and those in business suits on the defensive!
I watched morons taunting the police last night on the live feeds. Calling tham terrorists, etc. Then lecturing them about how THEY are paying their salary. I LOL’d at that one.

I’m also in favor of getting rid of prisons. They should just make those who are convicted work for free on farms picking cotton or cutting sugar cane, so they can learn useful job skills.
