Have YOU gotten the latest Tea Party Patriots emergency email...?
If so, you're not alone.
I just got another email from Jenny Beth asking if we have any more funds in the budget that can be directed toward grassroots activities in our targeted states.Well, if you were to check out the Tea Party Patriots Citizens Fund on OpenSecrets, you might walk away scratching your head as to why they would "have to start cutting back our grassroots efforts".And honestly, I'm pretty stressed out... because the answer is NO.
You see, right now, we're still $27,986 away from our weekly fundraising goal.
And if I can't raise those funds in the next few hours, we're going to have to start cutting back our grassroots efforts in key states like Iowa, North Carolina, and New Hampshire.

does anyone know what they are doing with that money?
That’s a lot of money...unaccounted for...JennyBeth.
sounds like one of the bible-thumper preachers on shortwave radio...Brother Stair, that you?
It is way pst time to expose frauds hiding behind the Tea Party.
Jenny Beth may have started out with good, honorable intentions,
However, looking at the numbers, a lot of money has been raised
very little has been used to help candidates.
The numbers speak for themselves.
I once gave $50 to her group.
For months I kept getting nasty letters saying I had not honored
my pledge, even after I sent them my canceled check.
Told them to take me off their list.
Typically, I only donate to candidates, just to be safe
Manifestly, something is wrong with this operation and we should be very reluctant to give her any more money until a full explanation is forthcoming. By no means should she be accepted as the spokesperson for The Tea Party until this matter is fully cleared.
BUMP! Me too. Straight to the candidate. No middlemen taking a piece of my pie.
I get Jenny Beth's desperate pleas for $$ on a gmail throwaway account. Most of her cries are hilarious.
It pisses me off to no end that she never offers any accounting of how all that money that was raised was spent.
Same here and I do some serious online campaigning for my candidates.
That is exactly what I have done also.
Of course there in guarantee the candidate will use our money wisely. But at least it gets rid of the middle man.
Well, in that case -- I expect to see her prominently featured on MSNBC, CNN, ABCCBSNBC, and yes, Fox too!
I was recently invited to a local “Tea Party Gathering” featuring JB Martin as the speaker. I kindly told the host... “no, thanks”... that I really didn’t see the value in supporting JBM/TPP over my direct support to individual candidates.
Jenny Beth Martin works with Rove and Romney to steal
conservatives money, to pretend they are Tea Party
while pushing the Romney Agenda, and to siphon the
money to backstab true conservatives.
Good post. We all have, if we have any, limited disposable income so we must be careful how we spend it. I’ve long since stopped “contributing” to the NRC and its various committees. I direct my small contributions to individual candidates and a few TRUSTWORTHY organizations (e.g., Senate Conservatives Fund & True the Vote).
Must be Jenny Beth needs a new election
night outfit.
I’d give everything I had to Truth The Vote and Katherine. She’s a warrior.
Jenny Beth is the female twin of Karl Rove.
... It is serious dereliction of duty for all parties involved ... the history books will not be kind as it describes the in-party bickering that transpired while the socialists took over the country with barely a finger being lifted to stop them. The greatest nation in the history of the Earth ... fell without even a single shot being fired.
Jenny Beth has become a joke. No one should take her or debbie dooley seriously.
I think giving your money directly to the candidate is probably the best way to go.
Donate DIRECTLY to the CONSERVATIVE CANDIDATES!!!!!!
I get e-mail from over a dozen different groups claiming to be fighting for the cause.
That’s a lot of inefficient overhead!
