MOBILE, Alabama (WPMI) – An Alabama mother is furious that her 5-year-old daughter was forced to sign a school contract stating she wouldn’t kill herself or anyone else at school.

School officials told Rebecca, who did not want to give her last name, they had to send 5-year-old Elizabeth home after an incident in class.

“They told me she drew something that resembled a gun. According to them she pointed a crayon at another student and said ‘pew pew’,” Rebecca explained.

She said “pew pew”?!?! Well, I’ve heard enough. This 5 year old is clearly a present danger to the rest of her classmates!

I do believe indoctrination is being used here. Homosexuality, tenets of Conservatism in general are the targets of re-education/or simply indoctrination.

Trust me, it’s not just public.

Everyone’s become lily-livered ninnies - and statists.

I think lots of it is universal “laws” as the state still holds sway over what is allowed.

My DIL owns a gun. She will not allow her kids to play with anything resembling a gun; I couldn’t even play with water guns with them. But she says when they are old enough they can go to the shooting range and learn to use a real gun.

I’m trying to figure the logic; especially with the water guns. I asked her if she uses the gun looking utensils to frost a cake or the water hose attachments and she does.

You bring up an interesting point. Imagine if a stranger went up to a random child in the playground and asked (not even forced) them to sign a “suicide pact”.

They would be arrested and rightfully so. So why isn’t the same done to these teachers?

And a minor is not bound by any contract either.

Since the contract is and was a fraud, the parents should use that to remove and delete all the unwarranted and unfair consequences the flipping idiots at the school imposed against the child.

At a start. Then sue for damages.

Hope that the parents are in the process of getting a lawyer. They should bankrupt this school.

It’s a question worth asking, and I firmly believe there are many in our education system today that should be barred in perpetuity from ever being in a position of authority around children.

This goes right own down the line to sports programs, training endeavors, simply anything were young impressionable minds are involved. These people can’t help themselves. They “HAVE TO” influence young children. That drives them.

Five year olds cannot sign contracts. Why was her legal guardian (her mother) not involved when they were trying to get her to sign this?

“I have to run that my lawyer, first” would have been a good answer.

That’s what always happens in the movie! The decoy yells into their hidden microphone “OK, you can come in now!”
and then no on shows up.

I wonder if this would qualify as child abuse. See if an attorney could file against individual teachers and administrators, not the school district.
