Wednesday night, the CBS Evening News with Scott Pelley made no mention of the results from the latest CBS News poll that gave President Obama and Democrats poor marks ahead of the November 4 midterm elections on issues ranging from the economy to ISIS to terrorism to who voters are most likely to vote for.
Regarding the midterm elections, Republicans find themselves ahead of Democrats on both a generic ballot and specific issues. Republicans have a six point lead against Democrats overall (49 percent to 43 percent with those leaning left or right, 46 percent to 40 percent without) and a five point lead who voters would like most to see takeover the Senate (47 percent to 42 percent). Independents sided with the GOP by a full 30 points over Democrats (57 percent to 27 percent).
When it came to who voters trust to do a better job on the economy, foreign policy, and terrorism, the picture is the same. On the topic of terrorism, the GOP holds an massive lead of 21 points over Democrats at 52 percent to 32 percent and then advantages of 9 and 11 percentage points on the economy and foreign policy, respectively.

This is going to make some we-don’t-need-no-stinking-Senate FReepers very angry.. Independents and some RATS are going to cancel out their vote.
“See BS” is busily living down to its name.
I remember back to when cbs released the election results the night before the election in 2004. Of course cbs said they were only checking their website to find any errors at the website. The People don’t call it c — bs for nothing. If c — bs cannot manipulate the People the elite that renew contract will pull licensure and probably close c — bs. c — bs don’t lie for nothing. Doesn’t it all make sense yet ‘low information’ crowd? Those at Free Republic know.
The article doesn’t mention immigration OR Ebola....
While the numbers were released in an article on CBSNews.com at 6:30 p.m. ET (which is when the CBS Evening News with Scott Pelley begins in the east), networks nearly always have access to them prior and often unveil them during their evening newscasts. In this instance, however, CBS choose to do the President and Democrats a favor and not share them on air with their viewers (as they and fellow networks ABC and NBC have done all year long).
This poll is nearly landslide-enough proof that we’re safe in Ditching Mitch starting Monday when Early Voting begins.
Except that we’d also be ditching Coal.
At no time was the Obama administration aware of what the Obama administration was doing
you are correct Txhurl. All the so-called major network have to be under threat of closure by the elites. Only thing that makes sense in all this mess.
I find the addition of Sheryl Atkinson into this chart troubling.
Wasn’t she the reporter at CBS who was actually doing investigative reporting on the Obama regime and had problems getting her stuff on the air because the execs wouldn’t put it on the air.
She resigned in protest and now has a blog.
The RATS think the only components of Domestic Policy are gay marriage and ‘insulting’ NFL team names.
Illegals crawling with disease sprinting across our borders and Ebola and Enterovirus and their kids unable to eat their school lunches, bah! irrelevant.
Someone needs to push McConnell down the stairs on Nov. 5, Boehner tied to him. Or out the window, I’m more of a product guy than a process guy.
You are correct. I assume the one use of the color “green” on the chart is to indicate the lone “good guy/lady”.
maybe God will open a window. Prayers
We ain’t seen nothing yet, in the next three and half weeks, the MSM will peal back their faux human skin to reveal their scaly reptilian underside.
I see ‘buyouts’ in the future for CBS ‘news’...
All that may be true, but, how will they vote?
Progressive/Democrat, that’s how.
IMHO
Is there anything Obama has done, anything at all, which has been a success?
1. Brought class envy to an art form.
2. Destroyed a premier Health system
3. Killed a recovering economy
4. Brought civil war to the mideast
5. Possibly set the world on the path to World War
I could go on but it is too depressing
