Interesting. I was checking in a hotel in Mass today and there was a woman from Dallas complaining loudly that the reason the Ebola patient was not picked up immediately is that there is practically no care for the uninsured.

A state for only rich people. NO one looked empathetic.

You should have reminded her that Obamacare fixed all that.

That’s the thing, I did a pretty extensive search. I always try to verify these things but it’s not out there, and people would tell you I would find it. Maybe I’ve just got a cold touch today. Best I could tell you is the same article appears with two distinct links.

Agree. They’re blaming “the gov’t” on their not stopping these flights.

Time will tell how big of a mistake this is, for them.

Here below is the first news source that is now reporting Thomas Duncan dead.

I will wait until I hear it “officially” from other news sources, but here is what they reported 3 hours ago. If true, then yes without a doubt it will create a panic. Which may be the reason why we are not hearing anything yet? Guess they are still working on getting the story straight?

First US Ebola Patient Dies

“Thomas A. Duncan, who became ill with Ebola after arriving from West Africa in Dallas two weeks ago, succumbed to the virus today (Sunday), reports Reuters. Duncan was fighting for his life at a Dallas hospital on today after his condition worsened to critical, according to the director of the US Centers for Disease Control.

The Dallas hospital that admitted him did not recognize the deadly disease at first and sent him home, only for him to return two days later by ambulance.”

It goes to show that the hospitals (other than the 4 with biohazard setups) are not capable of treating the patient I fear.

Can the government force airlines to fly certain flights?

That’s what I am wondering. According to the UA agent, the answer is yes.

Is there unrest in Africa because those flights are cut off?

More sinister than that.

FEDGOV controlled by demons from hell.

Only God and a provisional military government can save us now.

Japan has 20,000 doses of a similar drug used to “cure” a person in France. They are willing to share with others besides France, but so far it’s not even being discussed here.

I am thinking that if someone rich, famous, and/or connected gets it, there will be a way for them to get it from Japan. I sure wish more reports on this would hit the news, maybe then they’d all get tickets to Japan or France, who might have sensible quarantine measures too.

The biohazard 4 setups have nothing to do with treating the patient. They are about keeping the staff and public from getting infected. The treatment for the patient is the same as it is anywhere else.
