DALLAS DA CONSIDERS CHARGES AGAINST FOREIGN EBOLA PATIENT
CBSDFW ^ | October 3, 2014 | L.P. PHILLIPS

Posted on 10/04/2014 1:07:52 AM PDT by right-wing agnostic

Dallas County DA Craig Watkins office is looking into the possibility of filing charges against the Liberian man that brought the first case of Ebola into the United States. Authorities in both the U.S. and Liberia are investigating whether Thomas Eric Duncan knew he had been exposed to the Ebola virus before traveling to Dallas. If that’s the case then District Attorney Craig Watkins says the state crime of aggravated assault may come into play for exposing others to the Ebola virus. “We’re dealing with the issue that he may have knowingly exposed individuals in Dallas County to the ebola virus” said Dallas County District Attorney Craig Watkins. “We’ve prosecuted individuals, for knowingly exposing individuals to HIV – which is aggravated assault.”

Stick to his job

You mean using his office to help Lisa Blue collect her bills?

Idiot, if a man is dying, why would he care about being tried?

Like taking someone on death row and suing him.

KEEP THE FOREIGNERS AWAY.

The man did what he had to do to stay alive. I cannot fault him. The fault lies with the governments and the airlines that did not shut down travel out of the stricken areas and still have not shut down the airports there.

The game of Ebola Roulette continues...

*click* spin *click* spin *click* spin…BANG!

Eeeee-bolllll-aaaaaa ping!

Bring Out Your Dead

We’re gonna need

a bigger cart!

Post to me or FReep mail to be on/off the Bring Out Your Dead ping list.

The purpose of the “Bring Out Your Dead” ping list (formerly the “Ebola” ping list) is very early warning of emerging pandemics, as such it has a high false positive rate.

So far the false positive rate is 100%.

At some point we may well have a high mortality pandemic, and likely as not the “Bring Out Your Dead” threads will miss the beginning entirely.

*sigh* Such is life, and death...

Gotta get his picture in the paper. He doesn’t have a case. What little he had, the CDC and local officials have squashed with their constant meme Ebola is nearly impossible to catch and he wasn’t showing symptoms. Besides, when he tried to get help, the US doctors turned him back out onto the streets.

It’s not a bad thing that a liberal judge dies, but how many people will he take with him before he goes?

Other than your own high-minded opinion of yourself, how can you be positive you would not do something similar to avoid certain death and give yourself a chance at life?

So your logic is for yourself, you don't care about putting thousands of other people's lives at risk.

And you talk about "high-minded opinions of oneself"...

The guy has enough to worry about without being prosecuted for this. He did tell them he had been to an infected country. The one who should be in jail is the one who is micromanaging everything in this country.

It’s amazing that Thomas Duncan puts all of these people at risk and speaking about whether he should be punished by law is being ridiculed. My, my.

He may recover to where he can go back to Liberia and yes, if he is able to be prosecuted, he should be.

Is there previous case-law on this?? It’s not someone’s fault if the media searches out someone and asks him this question.

I cant believe all the bleeding hearts on FR. This guy knew he was in contact with a dangerous highly contagious disease. He came to this Country and it sounds like he didn’t tell his family members. He knew he was SICK and putting other people in DANGER!!!! and we shouldn’t blame him? ARE YOU CRAZY?? What’s the difference than some young punk thug carjacking someone? Oh you cant blame him he just wanted the new Mustange. He doesn’t have that where he lives. Or robbery? Cant blame him he just wanted an IPhone6. Obamaphone is generic. Cant you see the selfishness and utter disregard for human life by his actions? How is that ok?

The Airline that brought him over here is ultimately responsible for aiding and abetting his crime. They know they are bringing into Ebola by not properly protecting the public and it’s passengers from the disease.

Most other countries have restricted travel from these countries.

The UN is doing as much as our CDC and Administration is - NADA - to control this.

AT the very least, why aren't the people in those areas issued face masks, gloves and spray disinfectant? Not to mention, REAL triage containment centers.

could it be they don't want it contained. This could be their best shot at getting the NWO - One World - Agenda 21 off the ground. Could even b e behind it all.

They are not being this careless because they respect and love human life, I’ll guarantee you on that. Plus their careless public health policies is actually targeting inner city Black Americans for contamination as that is where most Africans enter the US economy and have family and friends - in Black areas. The loose bi-sexual and child sex practices spreads contagious disease in Africa as we saw with AIDS. It’s not widely known, but the same loose sexual practices is infecting inner city blacks with AIDS at a high rate. No one seems to care about the high AIDS rate in inner city blacks because they would have address sexual problems.

As Dr. Peters does in “Twelve Monkeys”, carry a container thru a major airport hub. A nebulizer, perhaps an asthma rescue inhaler could create and disperse a mist. Dispersion thru connecting travelers would affect a large geographic area.

Just bill his home county for the millions this has cost the United States... if they have to PAY for once rather than receive, maybe they’ll beef up how they check people leaving.
