Oh, no no no no.. Filibuster is there to empower liberals. That a couple strange conservatives dared use that power was not acceptable, therefore it was taken from them, with the clear understanding that once the liberals no longer have the majority (HAHAHAHAH) that the power would of course be restored, as working together across party lines is something the senate always does. Unless it is for a conservative issue, then the conservatives are just obstructionists.
