The weapons go to the Jihadists in Syria because they have the money.

It’s because the “rebels” ARE the jihadists. A couple of these “rebel” bands have even openly announced their adherence to ISIS in the last couple of weeks. And, of course, they have our weapons to donate to the cause.
This would be no surprise to either Obama or Qatar or any of the other supporters of the “rebels.”
Obama and Qatar are simpatico.
