1 - Maintain open Borders so they can just waltz into the USA
2 - Keep pressure on Bitter Clingers so they won't interfere with muslim illegals
3 - Make sure illegal alien muslim terrorists have access to weapons and ammunition
4 - Provide them with easy access to names and addresses of Christians, Bitter Clingers, Tea Party members, Climate Change deniers, etc.

Hard and Fast. No silly assed rules of engagement. If you are going to wage war then wage WAR. We bombed Germany into submission and then rolled in and rolled them up. We bombed Japan into surrender. War is HELL. To pretend otherwise simply get more of your people killed then is necessary.
