Harf also emphasized the administration’s view that ISIS does not accurately represent the religion of Islam as a whole.

It would be difficult to be more clueless and ignorant than this statement as a summary of our current difficulties. That this is coming from the State Department, the people entrusted with handling the foreign affairs of the United States...well, let me just say that while I don't think we've hit the bottom just yet, we are certainly heading in that direction.
