Then, companies who don't wish to open stores or facilities in those areas will be called racist, and that area will be used by leftists to illustrate why certain minorities cannot get ahead, because nobody will give them a chance...especially not racist companies.
Thomas Sowell covered this topic quite well in his books, and look at the treatment he gets from liberals, even though they can't refute his arguments. He is a brave man to speak out.

This isn’t about Marxism, liberalism or social justice.

There is a justification for looting after grievous police misconduct: the settled belief that civil society has broken down, and that the state of nature, described by Hobbes as ‘the war of all against all’ now prevails.
Of course, this same justification also justifies shooting looters.
In one of the more disgraceful episodes in our history, in the early 1830’s the fed. gov was pursuing the starving Sac Indians who had literally gone off the reservation in search of food. Guess what Indian tribe, enemy of the Sac, was helping the gov. pursue and kill the Sac? Why none other than the Sioux.
Your numbers seem pretty darn high. Perhaps those percentages apply to ghetto inhabitants but not the entire black population.
