It's Martha’s Vineyard. A blue curtain and American and President's flags make it presidential, which is nothing new for Presidents on vacation.
For an Obama performance, I thought it was pretty good. He didn’t rabble rouse, didn’t insult anyone, didn’t blame it on Bush. He took a victory lap on the Yazidi intervention, called for calm in MO, and left.
The only zinger was the “separate independent investigation by Holder’s DOJ and the FBI,” which makes me wonder how unbiased those investigations will be.
Something else is going on.

I don’t think he is planning to return to DC until the weekend.
He didn’t indicate if he would cease fomenting Islamic Jihad and Genocide, by aiding the muslim brotherhood.
