Should you have the right to fly an ISIS flag?

Sadly, its not a hypothetical question.
Police in Garwood, New Jersey, ordered that a militant flag associated with the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL or ISIS) be removed from the font of a local home after hundreds of online activists expressed fear and revulsion, the Washington Free Beacon reported on Wednesday.

Congress should declare war on IS.
It starts with Iraqs situation being put on the back burner while we round up Muslims and put them in internment camps.
Then if they are cooperative we give them the choice of what other country they want as long it on the list of Muslim hell holes before we are forced to go play world cop in sand land and kill them again.
Oh wait, we got an election so, something horrible will happen then maybe someone can take my advice.
My biggest worry is that my eighteen year old will have do that. He's not in the service but he is thinking of joining. My 2 cents.

It should be illegal as in an act of treason Yep. But it's not an act of treason Because Bush II did not have the guts after 9/11 to formally declare war on radical islam.
I'll guarantee you one thing. No one in America was flying a rising sun flag after FDR declared war on Japan.

The Texas flag can be flown at the same Height because its Texas...no, because it is a republic.So... that would mean obama was wrong. There are only 56 states.

He has the right to fly that flag. He does not have the right for me or anybody else to speak to him, do business with him, or p*ss in his ear if his brain was on fire.

The Constitution says that ANY political speech, is protected speech, even if it is lying, and even if the vast majority are against it.
Flying the ISIS flag, might prove you are a dumba**, but you do have the right to make a political statement with it, if you choose to.

Don’t waste the bacon. Just go to a butcher and get a bucket of pig blood. Then paint the doorposts. And the car seats. And ....

I think American Nazi Party leader George Lincoln Rockwell used to fly a Nazi flag over his compound.
He actually named his compound ‘Hatemonger Hill’ and it was at the end of the street that one of my friends lived on when I was in middle school. We had a carful of wannabe Nazis stop and ask us for directions one time. They weren’t exactly an impressive bunch.

Viscerally, I feel like this sometimes, not so sure about repeating the Japan thing. But the silence from the Muslim community is deafening, so unless there is a turnaround and a thorough condemnation of the savagery, we may be drawn down this unfortunate road. Silence is acquiescence.

Vendome often writes not in the king's English but in free verse. Well, it was certainly free of logic and grammar. Have you ever read 'SevenofNine' s posts ?
(I love ya both, your cryptic posts just make me 'expand' my mind)

Because Bush II did not have the guts after 9/11 to formally declare war on radical islam. The problem was the war had to be declared on a COUNTRY, and not (what is falsely portrayed as) a religion.
