HOUSTON, Texas Individuals and families immigrating to the U.S. legally are required to pay for and undergo medical examinations by approved physicians; those who are deemed as having "inadmissible health-related conditions" are not allowed into the country. But the same standards are not applied to illegal immigrants, many of whom remain in the U.S. despite testing positive for diseases that would prevent law-abiding migrants from entering.

Dr. Elizabeth Lee Vliet...told Breitbart Texas, "Legal immigrants are required to pay for medical exams and screening tests conducted by approved physicians before they arrive here. They're not arriving in the U.S. carrying diseases, and then being dispersed into cities across the nation."

...while a prospective legal immigrant who has not been vaccinated for chicken pox would be barred from entering the U.S., unvaccinated individuals who enter the country illegally are being allowed to stay. "The CDC's own guidelines are clearly being violated with regards to the illegal immigrants currently crossing the border," Vliet stated.
The CDC website also claims that tuberculosis (TB) is a "disease of public health significance" that "would cause an applicant to fail a medical examination or be inadmissible" to the U.S.

"It's not who we are as a nation to break our own laws and give preference to those who do," Vliet stated. "In this case, those who follow the law have to pay."

Pure and simple the illegal is a protected class of humanity as long as Leftists be they under the guise of Republican, or Socialist Democrat run the country.
Socialist Democrats protect the illegals for their votes, and Establishment Republicans protect the illegals at the behest of their true constituency, the major corporations that gift them treasure, and pleasure for their legislation, and efforts towards amnesty to protect their bottom lines.

I sincerely hope and pray that those elected rectums in DC catch one of these imported diseases. They are putting an entire civilization at risk with their stupidity. i wake up some days and wonder why i am even obeying the law, paying my taxes, saving for future medical issues, sacrificing to have insurance, and being a good legal citizen when illegals, criminals, welfare queens, and politicians seem to do just fine not doing any of that. of course i know the answer but still....
I worked with an Indian engineer a few years ago. He had been in the USA for 20 years already. He had to go hunt down a doctor from 10 years prior to sign a medical document because a stupid bureaucrat at INS made a clerical error. He found the doctor 2 states away and had to make the special trip out to see the doctor...Who by the way was now a prison doctor for Cali Dept Corr.
If he hadn’t been able to track down that doctor after 10 years or the doctor had retired he would have had to completely start over for himself and his family after nearly 20 years of residency in the USA on a green card. Back of the line.
I keep telling all my immigrant friends to change their last names to Gomez and tell all the agencies they are illegal Mexicans. It’s practically illegal to enforce the law on them.
