In the remarks, Obama was referring to a soon-to-be-released Senate Intelligence Committee report detailing the CIA's controversial interrogation and detention program following the 9/11 attacks.
The document is a nearly 700 page summary of the full 6,800 page report that was approved a year and a half ago by a committee sharply divided along party lines.

One of Alinsky’s rules for radicals, is that you make your opponents live up to their own standards, otherwise you call them out for their hypocrisy.
In this case, Obama is calling out Bush and the CIA at the time, for not living up to some alleged standard.
Now, work with me here. If Obama is calling out Bush and the CIA for not living up to the highest ideals, is he calling out an enemy for not living up to the highest ideals? Meaning America is the enemy, per Alinsky criteria??? What is Obama really saying???

This is just a tactic to repudiate George W. Bush administration ... a political ploy. Obama would employ real torture if he really believed he or his family was in danger. We just wouldn’t know about it.

The Democrats are trying everything to save themselves. They must have had some horrendous polling numbers this week. I think Nancy Pelosi’s head may actually explode.
The line we crossed was when we elected that Marxist maniac and then did it again just for emphasis. That was a “RED LINE” that never should have been crossed. This nation and perhaps the greatest part of the world may pay for that one for a thousand years.
