It sounds like some democratic politicians from southern states have been getting an earful from their constituencies. Obama has gone too far in this game and now even Democrats are concerned about it. He fancies himself a God-king however so he’ll do whatever he wants to do anyways.
So lets say Obama ignores the will of some of his own democrat senators, and his actions embolden the house to seek impeachment.
Something tells me the there are enough RINO’s in the senate that would not vote to convict and that Obama knows this to be true...

Thomas Jefferson had written, in terms of the 10th Amendment nonetheless, that the Founding States had not delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to address immigration issues, immigration therefore a state power issue.
“4. _Resolved_, That alien friends are under the jurisdiction and protection of the laws of the State wherein they are: that no power over them has been delegated to the United States, nor prohibited to the individual States, distinct from their power over citizens. And it being true as a general principle, and one of the amendments to the Constitution having also declared, that “the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people,” the act of the Congress of the United States, passed on the — day of July, 1798, intituled “An Act concerning aliens,” which assumes powers over alien friends, not delegated by the Constitution, is not law, but is altogether void, and of no force [emphasis added].” —Thomas Jefferson, Draft of the Kentucky Resolutions - October 1798.
Patriots need to bear in mind that, until the time when all crook politicians are booted out of DC, patriots need to make sure that all official actions of the federal government can be justified with specific constituitonal clauses interpreted the way that the Founding States had intended for them to be understood.
As a side note concerning the federal government's constitutionally limited powers, please consider the following. The states would sure be a dull, boring place to grow up and live in if parents were to make sure that their children were taught about the federal government's constitutionally limited powers as the Founding States had intended for those powers to be understood. /sarc
