What I wonder is, who leaked this? It sounds plausible, but is it true? It is so badly below the diplomatic norm that it is unusual.
It could very well be that someone in Israel leaked it to highlight what an imbecile they’re dealing with.
We know he’s rude and he thinks he rules all countries. Yeh...I believe it.

Yes it is, but with this guy, I’d believe it. He and Carter had/have no grasp of international diplomacy.
I keep saying it, but it’s true. He had a nine year old’s view of what he could do as president. He thought this made him world ruler. Over and over again, we see proof of it.
Here he’s mad that a nation’s leader doesn’t simply give in to his will. He’s a child. He’s an Islamic child...
We know he's not a Muslim because:
1) He smokes
2) He eats pork
3) He's so narcissistic that he doesn't recognize any being greater than himself.
And probably 4) he's on the down-low so he'd have to stone himself, and I don't mean with drugs, which BTW we know that he indulges in, which would be reason #5.
That said, he clearly is a Jew-hating Muslim sympathizer, who does support the destruction of Israel and the imposition of a Caliphate.
And of course, he is an American-hating totalitarian leftist that would love to see the U.S. become a 3rd world nation with no national sovereignty beyond that granted to it by an international government.
I suspect Bibi had his press transcribing while the call was going. What better way to show the world that odinga is simply pro-muslim/anti-Israel, and Israel must defend itself as best it can.
I think Israel is truly fed up with both Hamas and the American Administration. So I can believe they leaked it. Have to wait and see, though.

Not to put too fine a point on it but the term ass is often used to refer to the donkey or “jackass”, an animal which is already disparaged in a dreadful manner by being selected as the mascot or symbol of a certain group of deranged fanatics better left unmentioned. To call the leader of that group of deranged fanatics an ass is a grievious insult to a defenseless animal which still is often called upon to carry the burdens of men. I would appreciate it very much if you would show more respect for these fine animals. I knew an ass, an ass was a friend of mine, Obama is no ass, he is something far worse and I believe that if you just chose to exert a little effort you could come up with a more appropriate moniker for him.

What caught me was the length, 35 minutes.
That just doesn’t ring true, as the POS can’t last 20 seconds without a script. How could he hold any conversation in which he is required to interact and reply in real time?
Maybe PM Netanyahu was put on hold for 34 of those minutes?

State Department spokesperson Jen Psaki said that, if true, the leak of the transcript represented “a severe violation of a private diplomatic discussion,” while the Obama White House’s National Security Council tweeted a few minutes ago that the transcript bears no “resemblance to reality” and that it was “shocking and disappointing someone would sink to misrepresenting” a private conversation by fabricating a transcript.
