WASHINGTON (AP) — The Obama administration pushed back strongly Monday at a torrent of Israeli criticism over Secretary of State John Kerry's latest bid to secure a cease-fire with Hamas, accusing some in Israel of launching a "misinformation campaign" against the top American diplomat.
"It's simply not the way partners and allies treat each other," State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki said.
Her comments were echoed by the White House, where officials said they were disappointed by Israeli reports that cast Kerry's efforts to negotiate a cease-fire as more favorable to Hamas.
"Israel has no better friend, no stronger defender than John Kerry," said Tony Blinken, President Barack Obama's deputy national security adviser. He said the criticism of Kerry was based on "people leaking things that are either misinformed or attempting to misinform."

Israel knows their only true ally is Canada..Obama wants Hamas to win because he wants all Jews dead..every single American Jew that voted for Obama not once but TWICE, they have Israeli blood on their hands..they wanted this, and now Israel has to suffer because of their actions

What was it they said in “The Godfather” when they were talking about having somebody whacked? “It’s nothing personal... it’s about business”. Somebody needs to tell our thin-skinned Secretary of State to stop running to Mommy (Obama) every time somebody calls him ‘a name’.
I have been reading the comment sections at the articles about kerry. The only US who is upset is the WH. Most if not all comments aren’t happy with el heffe and kerry.
The dirty Muslim mongrel that illegally squats in our White House is not an ally of Israel.
Maybe the AP needs to be reminded that the US and the Obama administration are two different things.
Personally, I'm with Israel on this one. And if anybody's American patriotism is to be criticized here, it's certainly not mine. I'll put my patriotism up against that of the America-hating Obama administration any day.
